NYCMovieParties is the leading promotional party company in New York City that integrates special entertainment promotions into a party environment. The greatest strength of NYCMovieParties's promotions is our large database of upwardly mobile, young professionals living and working in the New York area. Our database has grown organically from a list of a few hundred friends to over 28,000 young NYC professionals who take advantage of what New York's social scene has to offer. Our database represents the trendsetters and opinion makers of not just today but of tomorrow--and it's growing at the substantial rate of 300-500 members each week.
WHAT WE DO
NYCMovieParties produces themed social and networking events, using cost-effective marketing, that allows our promotional clients direct access to our subscribers -- a highly desirable target market of professional and social 21-35 year olds. We offer our clients enormous promotional opportunity through html enhanced e-mails, the NYCMovieParties.com website, and presence at the event. In turn we offer our large and loyal following of professionals, parties with added value through a variety of promotional efforts.
WEBSITE
NYCMovieParties.com, (formerly known as rsvpNYCity) was launched in January of 2001 to increase awareness of NYCMovieParties, and clients of NYCMovieParties, amongst our clientele. Additionally, we offer clients an opportunity to promote themselves through our online and html invites, providing intimate one-on one exposure to our e-mail recipients. We also offer a series of event digital pictures and quicktime videos of selected events, to provide both a re-cap of the event and an additional opportunity for clients to promote their product/s. Currently, over 10,000 people visit our site each month. We have recently added an apartment listing that offers our audience access to affordable housing in New York and soon will offer a job board to provide access to career opportunities at major media companies.
WHAT WE PROVIDE
- Added Value Events
Through our many liquor, film, and other product and event-based clients, we are able to offer "added value" to almost every NYCMovieParties event and e-mail. Added value items have included: advance and premiere tickets to new films; tickets to theatre and special events; gift certificates to restaurants; promotional items: including t-shirts, hats, and CD's; and many of our events offer an open bar, drink tickets and/or drink specials.

An established and rapidly growing database of outgoing, scene-oriented, up and coming young professionals built upon the success of our events and experience as a company. We also offer an "A" list that we personally contact to fill advance screening seats and other invite-only events.

Our events cater to a diverse mix of upwardly mobile young professionals that are as equally driven to succeed as they are to enjoy their free time socializing with like-minded professionals. Our audience is made up of the New York's best and brightest young professionals representing almost every entertainment and media company in New York City. Select bars and nightclubs that allow immediate and guaranteed entry to people who have rsvp'd for our events. Many venues are also clients who seek our services to assist them with promotional efforts. We have worked with and/or have been in contact with almost every venue in New York City big or small. We have access to a long list of nightclubs, danceclubs, bars, louges, restuarants, screening rooms, and private venues to fufill any need or requirement.
